Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 1 Egg White
- 0.5 Oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 Oz White Curacao
- 0.5 Oz Sugar syrup
- 1.5 Oz White Rum
Cocktail directions
- Cool the glasses.
- Put ice cubes in a shaker.
- Pour in the rum, curaçao, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
- Add the egg white.
- Shake vigorously with a shaker!
Cocktail service
In a shaker with crushed ice.
Serve in a cocktail glass with ice cubes.
Bartender's tips
You can add a little grated coconut on top of the glass, for decoration and for taste!
