DRY MARTINI

Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 1 cl. Dry Vermouth
• 5 cl. Gin

• 0.5 Oz Dry Vermouth
• 1.5 Oz Gin

Cocktail directions

• Pour the vermouth and gin into the mixing glass.
• Fill 2/3 full with ice cubes.
• Hit quickly with the mixing spoon.

Cocktail service

With a mixing glass.

Served in an old-fashioned glass.

Bartender's tips

Serve in the glass decorated with an olive stuck on a toothpick.
