BOURBON SLOE GIN FIZZ

Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 6 cl. Bourbon
• 3 cl. Sloe gin
• 1 cl. Lemon Juice
• 1 cl. Sugar Cane Syrup
• Sparkling Water

• 2 Oz Bourbon
• 1 Oz Sloe gin
• 0.5 Oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 Oz Sugar Cane Syrup
• Sparkling Water

Cocktail directions

• Combine ingredients (except water) in a chilled glass with crushed ice.
• Top up with sparkling water and ice cubes.
• Add a slice of lemon.

Cocktail service

Directly into the glass.

Served in a Collins glass.

Bartender's tips

Serve with a candied cherry on the rim of the glass.
