TITANIC
This cocktail is a tribute to the Titanic and its 1,500 passengers who disappeared during the sinking during the night of April 14 to 15, 1912.
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 1 Oz Brandy
- 1 Oz Peach Juice
- 0.5 Oz Pernod
- 1 Dash of Grenadine Syrup
- Champagne
Cocktail directions
- Pour all the ingredients (except the champagne) into the shaker, then shake.
- Pour into the flute and complete with the champagne.
Cocktail service
With a shaker.
Served in a champagne flute.
