Virgin Mojito Cocktail

VIRGIN MOJITO

Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 5 cl. Lime juice
• 6 Mint Leaves
• 2 Teaspoon of Brown Sugar
• Sparkling Water (Perrier)

• 1.5 Oz Lime juice
• 6 Mint Leaves
• 2 Teaspoon of Brown Sugar
• Sparkling Water (Perrier)

Cocktail directions

• Cut the lime in 2.
• Cut this half again lengthwise to make 4 quarters.
• Place the lime wedges in the glass.
• Add 2 teaspoons of brown sugar to each glass.
• With a pestle, crush the lime and mix in the brown sugar.
• Place 6 (or more) fresh mint leaves in each glass.
• Crush the mint gently with the pestle.
• Mix everything to diffuse the aromas of the mint and dissolve the brown sugar.
• Fill the glass with crushed ice, then top off with sparkling water to the top.

Cocktail service

Serve your Mojito with 2 straws and a sprig of mint as decoration!
