ACAPULCO ORANGE
This sparkling cocktail (with the shaken egg white) is worth discovering to all your friends who are fans of rum and citrus fruits.

Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 1.5 Oz White Rum
- 0.5 Oz Cointreau
- 0.5 Oz Lime juice
- 1 Teaspoon of Caster Sugar
- 1 Egg White
Cocktail directions
- Shake the ingredients in a shaker, then strain into a chilled glass.
- Decorate with a mint leaf.
Cocktail service
With a shaker.
Served in an old-fashioned glass.

Serve with some mint leaves.
