OISEAU DE PARADIS
A fizz with a very nice name. The French version of Bird of Paradise.
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 2 Oz Gin
- 1.5 Oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 Oz Grenadine Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- Sparkling Water
Cocktail directions
- Pour all the ingredients into the shaker (except the sparkling water), shake.
- Pour into the glass and top up with sparkling water.
Cocktail service
With a shaker.
Served in a Collins glass.
