HAWAII FIZZ

Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 6 cl. Dark Rum
• 4 cl. Pineapple Juice
• 2 cl. Sugar syrup
• Sparkling Water

• 2 Oz Dark Rum
• 1.5 Oz Pineapple Juice
• 0.5 Oz Sugar syrup
• Sparkling Water

Cocktail directions

• Pour all the ingredients into the shaker (except the sparkling water), shake.
• Strain into the glass, then add the sparkling water.

Cocktail service

With a shaker.

Served in a Collins glass.

Bartender's tips

Serve with a slice of pineapple.
