LE HOCKEYEUR

Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 3 cl. Vodka
• 1,5 cl. Bourbon
• 1,5 cl. Mapple Syrup
• 3 cl. Milk
• 1 Pinch of Cinnamon Powder

• 1 Oz Vodka
• 0.5 Oz Bourbon
• 0.5 Oz Mapple Syrup
• 1 Oz Milk
• 1 Pinch of Cinnamon Powder

Cocktail directions

• In a mixing glass, combine the vodka, bourbon, maple syrup and milk.
• Fill the glass with ice and mix with a spoon for 20 to 30 seconds.

Cocktail service

Using a Julep spoon, strain and pour the mixture into a pre-chilled cocktail glass.
Sprinkle the cocktail with a small pinch of cinnamon powder.

Served in an old-fashioned glass.
