MOJITO POMME

Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 5 Mint Leaves
• 1 Lime
• 2 Teaspoon of Sugar
• 6 cl. Manzana verde
• 6 cl. Sparkling Water

• 5 Mint Leaves
• 1 Lime
• 2 Teaspoon of Sugar
• 2 Oz Manzana verde
• 2 Oz Sparkling Water

Cocktail directions

• Crush the mint leaves with the sugar and lemon juice using a pestle.

Cocktail service

Pour the manzana into a glass, and fill with crushed ice.
Top with sparkling water.

Served in a Collins glass.

Bartender's tips

Decorate with a mint leaf, thin apple slices and serve with a straw!
