For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 1 Teaspoon of Fresh Cream
- 0.5 Oz Blue Curacao
- 1 Oz Anisette
- 2 Oz Gin
Cocktail directions
- Put all the cocktail ingredients in the right order : Fresh Cream, Blue Curacao, Anisette, Gin.
Cocktail service
In a shaker.
Serve in a cocktail glass with ice.
Add the crème fraîche.

L'ajout de crème fraîche donne un aspect coagulé dans le fond assez désagréable, et bien que les couples "crème/triple sec" et "crème/anis" marchent, les trois ensemble passent assez mal.
