Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 5 cl. Passoa
• 15 cl. Orange juice
• 1 cl. Sugar Cane Syrup
• Sparkling Water

• 1.5 Oz Passoa
• 5 Oz Orange juice
• 0.5 Oz Sugar Cane Syrup
• Sparkling Water

Cocktail directions

• Put the rum, passoa, orange juice and cane sugar syrup in the shaker with two ice cubes to mix the ingredients.

Cocktail service

In a large capacity tulip glass, such as a Spritz glass: Place crushed ice (3 ice cubes for a glass) Pour the contents of the shaker, filtering the ice cubes.
Top up with sparkling water.

Served in a wine glass.

Bartender's tips

Decorate the rim of the glass with a slice of pineapple or orange.
