WEST INDIES MULE
Variation of the Moscow Mule with rum! It's also close to a Dark and Stormy but with old rum. The Moscow Mule is a long drink with a not too high alcohol content, the refreshing drink par excellence, thanks to the spicy and titillating flavor of ginger.
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 2 Oz Old Rum
- 5 Oz Ginger Ale
Cocktail directions
- Put crushed ice in a large glass.
- Add old rum: A VO will be a good choice but you can also go for a VSOP.
- It is also possible to use an amber or spiced for a lower budget.
- Complete with ginger ale.
- Garnish with a cucumber peel and a lemon peel.
- Stir well with the cocktail spoon.

To be made directly in the glass.
We traditionally use a copper container which can be put in the freezer beforehand to maintain a very cool tasting temperature!
Served in a Metallic Mug.
