Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 2 Dashes of Angostura bitters
• 2 cl. Lime
• 1 cl. Ginger Syrup
• 0,5 cl. Sugar syrup
• 5 cl. Gin

• 2 Dashes of Angostura bitters
• 0.5 Oz Lime
• 0.5 Oz Ginger Syrup
• 0.2 Oz Sugar syrup
• 1.5 Oz Gin

Cocktail directions

• Add the ingredients to a shaker with ice cubes

Cocktail service

shake for 10 seconds, serve in a bowl previously stored in the freezer.

Served in a Martini cocktail glass.

Bartender's tips

garnish with a slice of dehydrated lime, and/or a piece of candied ginger.
