Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 4 cl. Lime juice
• 1 cl. Angostura Cocoa
• 1 Lime

• 1.5 Oz Lime juice
• 0.5 Oz Angostura Cocoa
• 1 Lime

Cocktail directions

• First of all, we prepare the utensils and ingredients that we are going to use: an ice bucket with ice, a shaker, a stirring spoon, a tulip glass and tongs, vanilla sugar, lime angostura chocolate , a little lime juice and a lime, a blue label type whisky, first add vanilla sugar, a few drops of angostura cocoa and a piece of lime zest, press it with the pestle so that it releases all its aromatic oils, then add 4 cl of lime juice and finally 6 cl of blue label whiskey, add ice and shake until very cold.
• Serve it in a tulip glass, filtering it and finally we take a piece of lime peel and place it around the edges of the glass.

Cocktail service

Put a few ice cubes in the glass to serve.

Served in a wine glass.

Bartender's tips

Add ice before preparing the cocktail to chill the glass. Strain the rim of the glass with a lime wedge to release the aromas and oils.
