Sir Menthe no alcohol Cocktail

Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 5 cl. Lime
• 2 cl. Mint Syrup
• Sparkling Water (Perrier)
• 1 Lime Slice

• 1.5 Oz Lime
• 0.5 Oz Mint Syrup
• Sparkling Water (Perrier)
• 1 Lime Slice

Cocktail directions

• Add the mint syrup then the sparkling water.
• Mix with a spoon to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
• Pour in the squeezed lime then mix again.

Cocktail service

Serve in a punch glass with ice and garnish the punch with a slice of lime.

Bartender's tips

To be enjoyed with vanilla and raspberry ice cream, it will be delicious!!
