• 4 cl. White Rum
• 1 cl. Cointreau
• 1 cl. Lime juice
• 1 Cuillère à Café Caster Sugar
• 1 Egg White

• 1.5 Oz White Rum
• 0.5 Oz Cointreau
• 0.5 Oz Lime juice
• 1 Cuillère à Café Caster Sugar
• 1 Egg White

Cocktail directions

• Put all the cocktail ingredients in the right order : White Rum, Cointreau, Lime juice, Caster Sugar, Egg White.

Cocktail service

With a shaker.

Served in an old-fashioned glass.
