Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 15 cl. Tomato juice
• 1 Avocado
• 2 cl. Lemon Juice
• 1 Yellow Egg
• 3 Dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
• Celery salt
• Pepper

• 5 Oz Tomato juice
• 1 Avocado
• 0.5 Oz Lemon Juice
• 1 Yellow Egg
• 3 Dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
• Celery salt
• Pepper

Cocktail directions

• Put all the cocktail ingredients in the right order : Tomato juice, Avocado, Lemon Juice, Yellow Egg, Worcestershire Sauce and fill the glass with Celery salt and fill the glass with Pepper.

Cocktail service

With a bender.

Served in a Collins glass.

Serve with one celery stick.
