Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 15 cl. Red Port Wine
• 1/2 Cinnamon stick
• 2 Lemons
• 10 Cloves
• 12 cl. Water
• 2 Dashes of Cognac
• 2 Cuill�res � Soupe Sugar

• 5 Oz Red Port Wine
• 1/2 Cinnamon stick
• 2 Lemons
• 10 Cloves
• 4 Oz Water
• 2 Dashes of Cognac
• 2 Cuill�res � Soupe Sugar

Cocktail directions

• Put all the cocktail ingredients in the right order : Red Port Wine, Cinnamon stick, Lemons, Cloves, Water, Cognac, Sugar.

Cocktail service

With a shaker.

Served in a Collins glass.
