CERVELLE DE SINGE GIN

Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 1 cl. Grenadine
• 2 cl. Whisky Cream
• 4 cl. Gin

• 0.5 Oz Grenadine
• 0.5 Oz Whisky Cream
• 1.5 Oz Gin

Cocktail directions

• First pour the gin into the glass.
• Then slowly pour the grenadine, so that it falls to the bottom of the glass while having lightly colored the gin.
• Then add the Bailey's towards the middle of the glass so that it takes the shape of the "brains".
• It should lean on the grenadine so as not to fall to the bottom of the glass.
• Drink in one gulp.

Cocktail service

In the mixing glass.
Serve in a cocktail glass.
