Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 1 cl. Grapefruit juice
• 1 Teaspoon of Caster Sugar
• Sparkling Water

• 0.5 Oz Grapefruit juice
• 1 Teaspoon of Caster Sugar
• Sparkling Water

Cocktail directions

• Prepare directly in a large glass containing ice cubes.
• Stir and add very cold sparkling water.

Cocktail service

Served in a Collins glass.

Bartender's tips

Decorate with two half slices of grapefruit.
