Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 2 cl. Gin
• 3 cl. Lime juice
• 2 Dashes of Angostura
• 1 Cuillère à Café Caster Sugar
• Sparkling Water

• 0.5 Oz Gin
• 1 Oz Lime juice
• 2 Dashes of Angostura
• 1 Cuillère à Café Caster Sugar
• Sparkling Water

Cocktail directions

• Put all the cocktail ingredients in the right order : Gin, Lime juice, Angostura, Caster Sugar and fill the glass with Sparkling Water.

Cocktail service

With a shaker.

Served in a Collins glass.
