Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 2 cl. Pineapple Juice
• 2 cl. Grenadine Syrup
• 1 cl. Lemon Juice
• 1 Egg White
• Sparkling Water

• 0.5 Oz Pineapple Juice
• 0.5 Oz Grenadine Syrup
• 0.5 Oz Lemon Juice
• 1 Egg White
• Sparkling Water

Cocktail directions

• Put all the cocktail ingredients in the right order : Pineapple Juice, Grenadine Syrup, Lemon Juice, Egg White and fill the glass with Sparkling Water.

Cocktail service

With a bender.

Served in a Collins glass.

Serve with some mint leaves.
