Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 3 cl. Orange juice
• 3 cl. Lemonade
• 2 Tablespoon of Icing sugar
• 1 Drop of Egg White
• 5 cl. Gin
• 1 Pinch of Orange Zest

• 1 Oz Orange juice
• 1 Oz Lemonade
• 2 Tablespoon of Icing sugar
• 1 Drop of Egg White
• 1.5 Oz Gin
• 1 Pinch of Orange Zest

Cocktail directions

• First, chill the glass with ice and prepare all the ingredients in the cocktail shaker.
• Pour in the orange and lemon juice.
• Then add the caster sugar and finally the gin.
• Remove the ice from the glass and serve the cocktail.
• Finally, take two egg whites and beat them until you get a dense foam to add to the top of the glass and grate some orange zest.

Cocktail service

Keep the glass cool.

Served in a Martini cocktail glass.
