HOFFMAN HOUSE
The counterpart of the Highland Fling whose only difference is its base alcohol (gin).
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 1.5 Oz Gin
- 0.5 Oz Dry vermouth
- 3-5 Traits Bitter Orange
Cocktail directions
- Stir the ingredients in the mixing glass, then strain into the glass.
- Garnish with the olive and serve.
Cocktail service
With a mixing glass.
Served in a Martini cocktail glass.
Bartender's tips
Serve with a green olive.
