Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 6 cl. Pear Nectar
• 2 cl. Caramel Syrup

• 2 Oz Pear Nectar
• 0.5 Oz Caramel Syrup

Cocktail directions

• In a shaker, pour the ingredients then shake vigorously.
• Pour into a cocktail glass.

Cocktail service

Directly from the shaker.
Serve in a cocktail glass with ice cubes.

Bartender's tips

Decorate the glass with a pear wedge.
