KIR IMPERIAL
The "Kir Impérial" is the Champenoise version of the "Kir", an aperitif cocktail very popular in France and very easy to prepare. The Kir champagne version therefore necessarily replaces the original wine with a well-iced, ?frappé? champagne. A very refreshing recipe for aperitifs on long summer days...
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 0.5 Oz Raspberry Cream
- 3 Oz Champagne
Cocktail directions
- In a champagne flute.
- Pour the chilled champagne over the raspberry cream.
- Stir lightly with a mixing spoon.
Cocktail service
Straight into the champagne flute.
