Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 2 cl. Syrup Berries
• 3 cl. Passion Fruit Syrup
• 6 cl. Water
• 3 cl. Lime juice
• Juice of 1/2 lemon

• 0.5 Oz Syrup Berries
• 1 Oz Passion Fruit Syrup
• 2 Oz Water
• 1 Oz Lime juice
• Juice of 1/2 lemon

Cocktail directions

• Pour the red fruit syrup then the passion fruit syrup into the glass.
• Add water, squeezed lime juice and finally 1/2 lemon juice.

Cocktail service

Add sugar to the rim of the glass.

Served in a punch glass.

Bartender's tips

Decorate with a slice of lemon around the rim of the glass.
