LONG ISLAND ICE TEA
Long Island Iced Tea (also abbreviated "LIIT" or "Long Island") is a cocktail containing tequila, gin, vodka, rum, orange liqueur, and cola. It gets its name from its resemblance to iced tea (but without containing any). Legend has it that it was created during the Prohibition era on Long Island, near New York, to effectively pass it off as a simple iced tea containing no alcohol, so it was banned there!
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)Cocktail directions
- Put all the cocktail ingredients in the right order : Cointreau, Gin, White Rum, Tequila, Vodka and fill the glass with Cola.
Cocktail service
In a shaker.
Serve in a tumbler with ice cubes.
Fill with cola.
