Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 4 cl. Gin
• 2 cl. Strawberry Syrup
• 1 cl. Lemon Juice
• 2 cl. Egg White
• 2 cl. Grapefruit Syrup

• 1.5 Oz Gin
• 0.5 Oz Strawberry Syrup
• 0.5 Oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 Oz Egg White
• 0.5 Oz Grapefruit Syrup

Cocktail directions

• In a shaker, pour the gin, strawberry syrup, timur berry syrup (instead of grapefruit), lemon juice and egg white

Cocktail service

Dry shake then shake with ice to get a nice foam.
Serve in a martini glass

Served in a Martini cocktail glass.

Bartender's tips

Decorate by making courses on the mousse with angostura bitters and a toothpick
