Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 1 Egg White
• 2 cl. Lemon Juice
• 2 cl. White Vermouth
• 2 cl. Dry vermouth
• 6 cl. Whiskey

• 1 Egg White
• 0.5 Oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 Oz White Vermouth
• 0.5 Oz Dry vermouth
• 2 Oz Whiskey

Cocktail directions

• Prepare in a shaker with ice.

Cocktail service

Serve in a large stemmed glass with crushed ice, two black grapes, half a candied cherry and a small slice of carrot.

Served in a wine glass.
