For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 1 Teaspoon of Sugar
• 1 Yellow Egg
• 2 cl. Cognac
• 4 cl. Red Port Wine

• 1 Teaspoon of Sugar
• 1 Yellow Egg
• 0.5 Oz Cognac
• 1.5 Oz Red Port Wine

Cocktail directions

• Put all the cocktail ingredients in the right order : Sugar, Yellow Egg, Cognac, Red Port Wine.

Cocktail service

In a shaker with ice.
Serve in a cocktail glass.
Sprinkle with grated nutmeg.
