Ramos Gin Fizz Cocktail

RAMOS GIN FIZZ

Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 4 cl. Gin
• 1,5 cl. Egg White
• 1,5 cl. Lemon Juice
• 1 cl. Lime juice
• 1 cl. Sugar syrup
• 3 Dashes of Infusion of Orange Blossom
• 8 cl. Sparkling Water

• 1.5 Oz Gin
• 0.5 Oz Egg White
• 0.5 Oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 Oz Lime juice
• 0.5 Oz Sugar syrup
• 3 Dashes of Infusion of Orange Blossom
• 2.5 Oz Sparkling Water

Cocktail directions

• Put ice cubes in a shaker.
• Add 1.5 cl of beaten egg white and all the other ingredients, except the sparkling water, to the shaker.

Cocktail service

Strain and pour into a highball glass.
Add the sparkling water.

Served in a Collins glass.
