Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 0,5 cl. Sugar syrup or sugar cane
• 3 cl. Lemon Juice
• 4 cl. Gin
• Sparkling Water (Perrier)

• 0.2 Oz Sugar syrup or sugar cane
• 1 Oz Lemon Juice
• 1.5 Oz Gin
• Sparkling Water (Perrier)

Cocktail directions

• Pour the sugar syrup (or sugar), gin and lemon juice into the glass.
• If you used cane sugar, mix well to dissolve the sugar.
• Then add a few ice cubes and top off with very cold sparkling water.

Cocktail service

Served in a Collins glass.
