For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 4 cl. Gin
• 1 Tablespoon of Pernod
• 1 Tablespoon of Grenadine Syrup
• 1/2 Egg White

• 1.5 Oz Gin
• 1 Tablespoon of Pernod
• 1 Tablespoon of Grenadine Syrup
• 1/2 Egg White

Cocktail directions

• Blend the ingredients with ice until smooth, then strain into a chilled glass.

Cocktail service

With a bender.

Served in a Martini cocktail glass.
