• 1 cl. Lemon Juice
• 4 cl. Gin
• 1 Cuillère à Soupe Sugar
• Sparkling Water

• 1 Egg White
• 0.5 Oz Lemon Juice
• 1.5 Oz Gin
• 1 Cuillère à Soupe Sugar
• Sparkling Water

Cocktail directions

• Put all the cocktail ingredients in the right order : Egg White, Lemon Juice, Gin, Sugar and fill the glass with Sparkling Water.
