• 6 cl. Brandy
• 2 cl. Fresh Cream
• 1 Cuillère à Café Caster Sugar
• 1 Yellow Egg

• 2 Oz Brandy
• 0.5 Oz Fresh Cream
• 1 Cuillère à Café Caster Sugar
• 1 Yellow Egg

Cocktail directions

• Put all the cocktail ingredients in the right order : Brandy, Fresh Cream, Caster Sugar, Yellow Egg.

Cocktail service

With a shaker.

Served in a Martini cocktail glass.
