• 1/5 Fresh Cream
• 2/5 Sloe-gin
• 2/5 Gin
• 1 cl. Lemon Juice
• Sparkling Water

• 1 Egg White
• 1/5 Fresh Cream

• 2/5 Gin
• 0.5 Oz Lemon Juice
• Sparkling Water

Cocktail directions

• Put all the cocktail ingredients in the right order : Egg White, Fresh Cream, Sloe-gin, Gin, Lemon Juice and fill the glass with Sparkling Water.

Served in a Collins glass.
