Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 4 cl. Gin
• 0,5 cl. Lime juice
• 1 Teaspoon of Icing sugar
• Champagne

• 1.5 Oz Gin
• 0.2 Oz Lime juice
• 1 Teaspoon of Icing sugar
• Champagne

Cocktail directions

• Pour the lime juice into the shaker, add the icing sugar then the gin.
• Close the shaker, shake well for 1 minute then pour the preparation into the glass.
• Complete by adding chilled champagne and serve.

Cocktail service

Serve in a pretty flared cocktail glass, add a slice of lime to the rim of the glass.
