Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 4 cl. Dark Rum
• 1 Noix Butter
• 2 à 3 Pincées Cinnamon Powder
• 2 à 3 Pincées Caster Sugar
• Hot Water

• 1.5 Oz Dark Rum
• 1 Noix Butter
• 2 à 3 Pincées Cinnamon Powder
• 2 à 3 Pincées Caster Sugar
• Hot Water

Cocktail directions

• Put the knob of butter, cinnamon and sugar in the glass.
• Add the rum, then complete with boiling water.
• Stir and serve.

Cocktail service

Directly into the glass.

Served in a Collins glass.
