For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 4 cl. Orange juice
• 2 cl. Lime juice
• 1/2 Cuillère à Café Caster Sugar
• 4 cl. Sparkling Water

• 1.5 Oz Orange juice
• 0.5 Oz Lime juice
• 1/2 Cuillère à Café Caster Sugar
• 1.5 Oz Sparkling Water

Cocktail directions

• Put all the cocktail ingredients in the right order : Orange juice, Lime juice, Caster Sugar, Sparkling Water.

Cocktail service

With a shaker.

Served in a Martini cocktail glass.

Bartender's tips

Serve with a kumquat.
