For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 2 cl. Lemon Juice
• 1 Egg White
• 1 cl. Coconut Syrup
• 3 Cuillères à Café Caster Sugar
• 2 cl. Rum
• Sparkling Water

• 0.5 Oz Lemon Juice
• 1 Egg White
• 0.5 Oz Coconut Syrup
• 3 Cuillères à Café Caster Sugar
• 0.5 Oz Rum
• Sparkling Water

Cocktail directions

• Put all the cocktail ingredients in the right order : Lemon Juice, Egg White, Coconut Syrup, Caster Sugar, Rum and fill the glass with Sparkling Water.

Cocktail service

With a bender.

Served in a Collins glass.
