Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 4 cl. Gin
• 4 cl. Lime juice
• 1 Teaspoon of Grenadine Syrup
• 1/2 Teaspoon of Caster Sugar
• Sparkling Water

• 1.5 Oz Gin
• 1.5 Oz Lime juice
• 1 Teaspoon of Grenadine Syrup
• 1/2 Teaspoon of Caster Sugar
• Sparkling Water

Cocktail directions

• Mix the ingredients (except the sparkling water) with a long spoon in the glass, then top up with the sparkling water.

Cocktail service

Directly into the glass.

Served in a Collins glass.

Bartender's tips

Serve with a lime peel.
