For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 1 Yellow Egg
• 4 cl. Rum
• 2 cl. Vanilla Cream
• 10 cl. Hot Milk
• Caster Sugar

• 1 Yellow Egg
• 1.5 Oz Rum
• 0.5 Oz Vanilla Cream
• 3.5 Oz Hot Milk
• Caster Sugar

Cocktail directions

• Put all the cocktail ingredients in the right order : Yellow Egg, Rum, Vanilla Cream, Hot Milk and fill the glass with Caster Sugar.

Cocktail service

With a bender.

Served in a Collins glass.
