ROYAL FIZZ
The fizz of British kings with a whole egg.
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 1.5 Oz Gin
- 0.5 Oz Lemon Juice
- 1 Teaspoon of Caster Sugar
- 1 Egg
- Sparkling Water
Cocktail directions
- Shake and strain over ice cubes.
- Top up with sparkling water.
- Stir and serve.
Cocktail service
With a shaker.
Served in a Collins glass.
Bartender's tips
Serve with a slice of lemon.
